Introducing Bourdeau Academy

Artist Life, NFP is partnering with Bourdeau Academy to inspire, instruct, and revitalize our communities through externsive work-force training in a collaborative effort to create the, "Pathways to Interior Design and Residential & Commercial Construction Careers" Program.

Bourdeau Academy provides job training and placement services to low- and moderate-income Chicago residents and high-need populations including Veterans, individuals with disabilities, returning residents, individuals experiencing homelessness, and individuals with limited English proficiency.

Artist Life, NFP and Bourdeau Academy help families achieve economic and social self-sufficiency. Our goal is to offer participants the knowledge, skills and confidence to become successful in the workplace by inspiring, motivating and educating clients to pursue a career path, whether or not they are currently in school.
